Casa Flosa B&B
The Casa Flosa farmhouse, built in the late 1800s in the countryside nearby the Medicina village and recently renovated, offers you modern and comfortable accommodation in the center of a large tree-lined courtyard. In the most complete calm, 25 minutes by car from the Bologna Fair, 15 minutes from the Castel San Pietro Terme train station and 8 minutes from the highway entrance, it is ideal for business trips, couples, work or rest in tranquility, between Emilia and Romagna.
The three main rooms, very large, enjoy a cross-brick ceiling of over a century, as well as the columns. Each room is equipped with a large double bed and (if requested, payed separately) a sofa bed.
Breakfast (to be requested within the day before arrival, with an additional cost for each guest) is available inside the room, where you can prepare coffee, cappuccino, tea using the machines available in the room (the instructions are placed next to the machines).
What is in the room is free and at your disposal.
Breakfast, if included in the booking, will be made available directly in the room; in the refrigerator you can find water, yogurt, fruit juice, milk.
If you have chosen the savory breakfast, you will also find cold cuts and cheese in the fridge.
If you have chosen the sweet breakfast, you will find our cakes and pastries on the table.
There is also a basket with rusks or crackers, jams, muesli and cereals.

Access to the facility is fully automatic, to allow guests full freedom and autonomy. Before arrival you will receive the name of the room and a code that allows you to enter and exit the gate (to access the internal parking), from the main door and finally to the assigned room. The chosen breakfast will already be available in the rooms in the minibar and can be consumed in the room or on the outdoor tables. Pets are not allowed. We remain available for any information and need.
The property is located in the first countryside, at the end of the road leading to the village of Medicina. At 300 meters there are the municipal swimming pool (open in summer and covered in winter) and sports facilities with tennis courts. Always on foot you can easily reach the main square with bars, restaurants, pizzerias and various points of interest. Walking towards the countryside, it is possible to have fun in the middle of the fields with a beautiful view of the Apennines in the background.
